Absolutely a waste of time. 2 years ago I went to get my state inspection and they only told me they didn’t have a a state inspector at that time after I waited over 3 hours and they only told me because the manager was wondering why so many people were just hanging out in the lobby. Now 2 years later, today, I had an appointment online for 7:30 and after getting there and waiting 30 minutes the guy behind the counter said the inspector doesn’t come in until 10 and that there were already 4 appointments in front of me. Awful service and no clue what they’re supposed to be doing. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Have gone to them twice for repairs. This most recent time I needed to have all calipers and brake pads replaced with already purchased parts. They fit me right in and had it done by the next day. They dont normally do repairs with customer purchased parts like most mechanics but made an exception for me. Labor cost was a bit steep for me personally but for fitting the car into their already busy schedule, making the exception, and letting me know of exact issues to fix outside of what I had done I understand the pricing. My calipers were several years past due to be changed and I'm sure the job wasnt easy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for brake pads. Had to get a caliper replaced. No my ebrake light is stuck on and they told me to go to the dealer. Dealer says $160 diagnostic fee and if they did in fact break something I now have to pay for it. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS AN E-BRAKE THAT IS ELCTRONIC. THESE IDIOTS DISCONNECT IT COMPLETELY INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN SERVICE MODE. Now my car is fucked, and time to get a lawyer.

NOT FIXED THIS IS MY ALIGNMENT ONE DAY LATER” I made an appt. With the on call center because it was a Saturday and I was desperate, even though the call center offered me an oil change at a discount price & couldn’t see me until Monday, they briefly transferred me to the auto shop. The gentleman asked me “inspection” I said no, and repeated I had a nail in my tire and my alignment was very off. He implied he had room but scheduled me for Monday at 10. Verbal confirmation from him , the call center & a text the day of. I show up today…. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby while he was on the phone. Finally he found my information, I dropped my car off at 10 am this morning, I just called to check in 6 hours later and 3 hours before they close to check in & they haven’t pulled my car in yet… I’m hoping the service is good because there went my day.

Don't bring your car here! There are many shops nearby that offer much better services for much lower costs. Beware of hidden fees, upsales and scare tactics. I arrived here on my scheduled apointment time and I had to wait for 3 hours before they even touched my car because their call center schedules without knowing that they are backlogged by hours. I sat and watched the manager Mr. Brito call multiple people to cancel their apointments and those he didn't get to call were turned away at the door hours before the closing time because they were backlogged and call center still scheduled them. And also watched everyone in there who brought their car in for a reason, being told that they needed some extra very expensive repair or terrible things would happen with them. Finally after waiting for hours, and just before they closed the shop, they brought my car in for a tire change and state inspection (I had just bought the car). Before replacing the tires, they did a visual inspection and correctly stated that the car wouldnt pass state inspection because of a few things that needed to be replaced, eho wich they wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts, overpriced parts and labor, s
